What is the turnaround time?

You will receive your photos via Dropbox the day after they are taken.

How do I pay for service?

Payment is received online at the time of booking using a debit or credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Late reschedule/ cancellation fee ($30) is added if reschedule/ cancellation is not made an hour or more before service time.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. (1) Offices with 10+ listings within 60 days get $70 off each listing. All 10 shoots must be purchased in advance. (2) Vacant homes that are lockbox accessible are $40 off. The photographer has the flexibility at any point during the scheduled day to shoot the vacant home and the agent and seller won't be present so that she can complete the home in minimum time. The two discounts can not be combined.

Do you have a referral discount?

Yes. Save $20 for every referral. Thank you!!

Can you “photoshop” vehicles, damaged walls, etc.?

Yes. The fee of $30/ photoshopped photo is due in advance.

How can I prepare for the photoshoot?

Can I expect you to move things around for the photos?

Just today I attempted to lift someone’s blinds to hide the many slates that were broken. As soon as I pulled the string the blinds came falling down 🤦🏽‍♀️ I had to explain what happened to the agent who will have to explain what happened to the seller. We don’t want to touch any of your belongings. Please prepare in advance.

How will I receive the photos?

You will get a Dropbox link the following day with all your photos.

Does it cost to use Dropbox?

No. You can view and download your photos without a Dropbox account and for free. If you want to transfer your photos from Dropbox to MLS you will need a free Dropbox account. It just takes a moment to sign up.

Who owns the photos?

All photos and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the photos are stored, remain the sole property of the Photographer. The purchaser of the photos has the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the photos only for promotional or advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the property.
