10:00 am to 1:00 pm - or - 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

(The scheduler will only show the start of the window: 10:00 am or 12:00 pm.)

The house should be ready for photos at the start of the three hour time slot.

The morning of your appointment you will get a notification with a more approximate time. Please remind the seller to prepare the home for photos in advance.

Have contractors, including cleaners and painters complete their jobs before your scheduled window please. We will reschedule appointments where the property is still being worked on upon arrival. We can not wait to complete our job or work around anyone. We understand the importance of getting the perfect before the shoot. Take your time, but please don’t take ours.
